St. 52.3 grade (Fe 510) with trivalent zinc coated or SAE 1040, C20, C 60, C 45 grades Are available with surface finish Black phosphates, oiled | Stainless steel grade SS 304 / SS 316 & oaring Sealing from NBR (Vinton on request), Allen bolts are from 10.9 grade High Tensile types.
SPECIAL FEATURES
- Spilt & Mono Flanges are available in Forged body with dimensional accuracy as per SAE J 518 standards
- Butt weld & Socket weld flanges are manufactured from Solid bar stock & Forged body as per availability or ex stock.
- Allen Bolts are Special high tensile 10.9 grades which will withstand high pressure application without brakeage.
- Flanges are supplied with all test Certificates like – Visual Inspection report, Dimensional Test report Assembly test report, Hydro Pressure test report, Burst test report , Such that our client does not need to do any Quality inspection at their end which gives benefit to our client by saving time, manpower & money for not having quality checks with products compare to other local suppliers.
